Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

gocrd offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR), and applicable taxes may be charged as per Indian law.

2. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing for your selected plan.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial usage, unused time, or cancellation during an active billing cycle.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect charge due to technical error

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your subscription may be temporarily suspended or downgraded. You may be notified to update your payment method or complete the payment to restore full access.

6. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the nature of the change.

7. Free Plan

gocrd offers a free plan with limited features. We may modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time without prior notice.
