Absolutely. gocrd supports multiple family profiles under one account. You can manage separate health records, reminders, and hospital visits for your wife, parents, and children - all from your dashboard.
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period, then your account auto-downgrades to Free. Your existing data is never deleted.
