Do I need a credit card to start?
For the Free plan, no - just sign up with email and start using gocrd immediately. For the 14-day Pro trial, card or UPI details are required to set up the recurring mandate. We won't charge during the trial - cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Is my data safe on gocrd?
We take data safety seriously. Every user's data is isolated using Row-Level Security at the database itself - not just at the application layer. All connections use HTTPS, and your data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest. The Secure Notes vault on Signature adds an extra layer: end-to-end encryption with your PIN, so only you can read its content. What is the Secure Notes vault?
On the Signature plan, gocrd includes an end-to-end encrypted vault for storing reference info like Aadhaar, PAN, policy IDs, locker numbers, and account references. Content is encrypted in your browser using your PIN before it reaches our servers - we cannot read it. Per RBI, NPCI and PCI-DSS rules, the vault is for reference data only - it is not a password manager and should not be used to store passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs, card CVVs, or banking credentials.
Can I use gocrd for my entire family?
Absolutely. gocrd supports multiple family profiles under one account. You can manage separate health records, reminders, and hospital visits for your wife, parents, and children - all from your dashboard.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period, then your account auto-downgrades to Free. Your existing data is never deleted. Note: if you downgrade from Signature, the Secure Notes vault becomes read-locked - you cannot add new items, but existing data remains.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Indian payment methods through Razorpay - UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All prices include 18% GST.
Is there a mobile app?
gocrd works as a Progressive Web App (PWA). On Android, open Chrome and tap "Add to Home Screen" - it installs like a native app. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.
